Juana’s persistence, can-do positive attitude, and commitment to providing a premium level of service for her clients, ensures that a good part of her business comes from previous clients and referrals.
Juana feels privileged and honoured to be in a career that gives her plenty of scope in her interactions with the community to ‘give back’. She annually hosts a Cancer Council’s Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea.
Receiving multiple awards over her 12.5 years in the industry, she partly credits these results to her development of long-term relationships with her clients based on trust, knowledge and support.
Juana's ability to provide tailored service to achieve results other agents cannot are just some of the reasons why she was named the 2018 Agent of the Year award for Toowong from RateMyAgent.com.au.
“Juana sold our family home and this unit for us and was the most incredible professional throughout the whole process! Her advice regarding marketing was invaluable and we have had a great result!”
“Thank you so much for selling my mother's block of units. The result that we achieved was indicative of the tireless amount of behind-the-scene work that you and your team have done to gather the huge number of buyers on auction day.”
“Juana’s advice and considered and informed feedback to our queries was given freely and as always, utterly professionally. Juana is a woman of deep principles, who collaborated with us through each stage of the sale.”
“Juana and her team are highly professional and extremely hard working property agents. Her passion and dedication to delivering a high quality service was apparent from first contact and continued through to the sale of our home.”
“A phrase used today is “ticks all boxes”, Juana Bernardo does just that. Effort tick, feed back information, tick, nothing is too much trouble tick, result beyond all expectation tick - could not ask for anything more with the sale of our family home. Fully satisfied.”
Passionate about her work, property and people, Juana feels that for her, real estate is not just a career but a vocation. She thinks she has been called to give a premium level of service for her clients, to sensitively look after their real estate needs at a time when they are going through transition and change. Indeed, a good part of her business is repeat business and referrals, from clients who appreciate the attention and care that she gives them.
Covering the Western Suburbs of Brisbane, no-one sells more Toowong homes than Juana. For more of Juana's recent sales, click here.
After our Australia's Biggest Morning Tea on June 1 we have counted up all the donations from tickets, raffle tickets and online donations and I am very excited to say that we have surpassed our fundraising goal for this year and have raised the awesome amount of $6606 for the Cancer Council Australia. Thank you everyone for your generosity!
